Sibū Lodge honors the local indigenous Bribri community with its creator name: Siboo, the god of mountains, forests and rivers, who embodies life-giving forces that sustain the land and its people.
After extensive renovation work in 2022, the Sibū Lodge is now our tip for higher demands. The lodge offers 28 rooms, a restaurant, bar, lounge bar and roof terraces to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.
It is a warm and welcoming hotel, ideal for resting and enjoying the beautiful area of Monteverde. Thanks to its privileged location, just 600 meters from the center of Santa Elena, it allows you easy access to restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets, tours and other services.
Our guests have the opportunity to use the facilities of our sister hotel “Hotel & Spa Poco a Poco” just 1 km away (heated indoor pool and whirlpool, outdoor campfire area, self-guided nature trail through the forest and beautiful gardens).
